This is a fitness journal. I record my weight, food intake, and exercise. I also make random observations and record how I'm feeling. This is 100% real, and any cheating will be reported. It's easy to lie on the Internet, but I'm tired of lying, making excuses, and generally not taking responsibility for my own choices. I decided to change my life and record everything, french fries and fake push-ups and all.
